  • Approval: Requests for refunds are reviewed and approved within 3 business days.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
